Ava La Caleta: It is a project developed by Fortune International Group, one of the most recognized architecture studios in the region and the first development of Fortune International Group in Uruguay.

The architectural design is unprecedented in our country: it combines perfectly the avant-garde aesthetics, the technology from its cornerstone, an intelligent operation, as well as a respectful concept about the environment and resources.

"Urban, but close to the forest: in front of the lake and near the sea, different, but similar to what you are doing". It is located in the department of Canelones, on the Roosevelt Park, 5 minutes from the Carrasco Airport. A "key" and strategic point of entry and exit of the city, developed in the Avenida de las Américas and Avenida de La Playa.
