More Echevarriarza is a constructive project located in the Pocitos neighborhood, precisely in the sector that presents the greatest transformation and building development at a commercial level, as in the tertiary sector.
Located just three blocks from the World Trade Center (WTC), the Montevideo Shopping Center and only one block from the Rambla República del Perú, as well as the Hyatt Centric hotel.

The building consists of 6 levels: the Ground Floor, three apartments (1, 2 and 3), a roof for services and finally the subfloor on the -1 floor. In total we found 57 housing units distributed in the following typologies: 25 monoambientes, 25 units of a dormitory and 7 units of two dormitories.
The More Echevarriarza project has a central patio with a triple height and two apartment towers with balanced conditions in relation to the public road, the patio and the back garden. This distribution of the spaces is functional, efficient and optimizes the conditions of sunlight and ventilation.
